Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Saunterly website and when you buy from us. Please read them before placing an order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Saunterly is operated by Zavonex, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce/KvK number 42168801, VAT number NL005551810B35), Vreeburg 33, 4901 XC Oosterhout, the Netherlands. You can reach us at getsaunterly.com@gmail.com. In these terms, "Saunterly", "we" and "us" mean Zavonex trading as Saunterly.

Using the website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse it: for example, don't try to break its security, interfere with how it works, copy its content in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Products and information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and small changes from the manufacturer can occur. Product information on this site is general information, not medical or professional advice. If you have a health condition or any doubt about whether walking exercise is right for you, check with a doctor before using a walking pad. Always follow the safety instructions in the user manual.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. A contract between you and Saunterly is formed when your order ships. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there's an obvious error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout. The total, including any shipping and taxes, is shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we don't store your full card details.

Availability

Products are available while stock lasts. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. See our shipping information.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in our shipping information, and returns in our returns and refunds page, which form part of these terms.

The Saunterly app

The Saunterly app is offered separately from the walking pad and has its own access terms. The walking pad doesn't connect directly to the app. App content, including the Saunterly Coach, is general movement guidance and not medical advice.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Intellectual property

The Saunterly name, logo, text, images, designs and other content on this site belong to Saunterly or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

We use third-party services, such as Shopify for our store and checkout, payment providers and shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
