How long does delivery take?

Orders ship from our US warehouse within 2 business days. Delivery then usually takes 1–6 business days, so most orders arrive within 3–8 business days of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees. You'll get tracking by email once your order ships. See shipping & delivery.

Where do you ship?

We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses yet. The shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Will it fit under my desk?

The walking pad measures 45.7 × 19.1 × 4.2 in (116 × 48.5 × 10.7 cm). To walk while you work you'll need a standing desk or another surface at standing height. To store it, you need a space at least 4.2 in (10.7 cm) high. Try the fit checker with your own measurements.

Is it loud?

It's built for home use at walking pace, but it isn't silent. Noise depends on speed, flooring and the walker. On upper floors, a mat underneath helps.

Can I run on it?

No. Its speed range is 0.6–4 mph (1–6.4 km/h), from a slow desk walk up to a brisk walk. It's made for walking, not running.

What's the weight limit?

265 lb (120 kg).

Does it need assembly?

No. It arrives assembled: unpack it, place it on a flat, level floor near a power outlet, switch it on and use the remote.

What if it's not for me?

Thirty short days that turn walking into part of your normal day, starting with ten easy minutes. It lives in the Saunterly app, which shows you each day's session and tracks your progress, with rest days and milestones built in. You can also preview Day 1 on our site.

How do I get the Saunterly app?

The Saunterly app is in early access and isn't in the App Store or Google Play yet. Claim First 100 access with your email and we'll invite you as it opens, on Android and iPhone. The first 100 members get free access. You sign in with a link sent to your email, so there's no password to remember.

What does the app include?

Today's session, your 30-Day Movement Reset, your progress and streak, the Saunterly Coach for everyday questions about moving more (general guidance, not medical advice) and the Saunterly community.

Does the walking pad connect to the app?

No. The walking pad and the app work side by side: you control the pad with its remote, and the app tells you what to do today, times your session and keeps your progress. We won't claim a direct connection until it exists and has been tested.
